My friend and I are 13, and we want to have a baked goods and hot chocolate sale and donate the profits to a charity, we’re not sure which one yet but we might do something for Haiti, Africa, or St.Jude’s, like I said, not sure yet. Anyway, is there anything we’d need other than the obvious stuff(things to sell, people, table, place) and how should we go about asking places if we can do this outside of their store(we’re thinking grocery stores, etc.)

It depends where you sell your goods. If it is at a church sale or your front yard you wont have any problems. No one will say anything. If you sell commercially you need a Commercial kitchen, inspections and a Business license.

Only if you sell chocolate star fishes or gorilla cookies
