Check with a local restaurant of coffee shop to see if they would let you use a few of their AirPots – they can keep it hot for 10-12 hours (they need to have a glass interior not the metal one.) Even check with your local SYSCO merchant (will need to contact a restaurant) SYSCO does alot of charity work. Good Luck

there is a coffee pot that hold like 52 cups at wal mart and isnt much money at all…. you could put it in that and ya would need electric ofcorse.. and it had a pull down handle for easy fill right into the cup. Hope that helps.

Coffee pot or thermos. Basically keep it in a covered container…

This would depend on how much cocoa you’re planning on having on hand and how long you’ll be keeping it warm for. I work at starbucks, we have cambros (big plastic insulated containers) that keep coffee etc. warm for a couple of hours. You just pour the cups as needed from a tap. Dunkin Donuts has the “box of Joe” which you can get with hot chocolate instead of coffee as well. But these type of things tend to be pricey, and I don’t know if you have them in your area.
A very important thing , However you manage to keep your hot chocolate warm, please keep in mind a precaution to avoid FOOD POISONING is to ALWAYS keep the temperature of the hot chocolate above 141 degrees F.
You may also want to consider the styrofoam cups I think made by Dixie, that you can buy at the grocery store, they come with lids and work very well. If your using instant hot cocoa then you can just keep a thermos of hot water and make each cup as necessary. Good luck with the fundraiser!
