    Yes, there is a possibility. There had been a seemingly similar case I heard of. As much as possible avoid to copy and make small revisions as this may cost u more than you expect. Check with your government’s intellectual property office.

    yes, it could be sued and such outfits regularly are.
    any name that is so similar as to confuse the consumer as to who she is doing business with is likely a problem.
    consult an intellectual properties attorney for specific advice.

    business company names are under each state but it may be a reg trade mark?
    most state have a web site.
