I bought both seasons of Death Note. It was backordered and I sent them an e-mail. They replied and I finally got it but 1 disc is defective and another has a tough time getting read by the player. I saved all the e-mails and stuff but can’t get an e-mail to go through now.
Been searching for quite a while. They seem to be invisible. I guess the cheap price wasn’t worth it; but $32 was cheaper than $90-100.

The site is disabled. I sent them money by PayPal, but I never expect to see the DVDs. I suspect that recently they were harvesting credit card information; having gotten enough, they vanished. Another reason to pay by PayPal; at least I only lost the actual money sent.
At the moment Anime Hot Sale is currently down due to a hosting issue, even so I have not received a reply to my inquiry about my order I placed on May 23rd, I have emailed twice about this. I ordered the Disgaea DvD and have yet to receive it. The only notice I received was a message mentioning that their website was down due to a hosting issue and all inquiries should be emailed to animehotsale@gmail.com.
Needless to say, I have heard nothing beyond that yet.

I’ve had in order to them for a month. One email from them a week after the order saying “they were having web domain issues..” btw, they sent the same email to about 30 other & exposed everyones email address – nice..
I’ve sent 3 other emails and NO RESPONSE. I felt somewhat comfortable Order thru Yahoo Merchant ecommerce. But I can’t find a way to get in contact with them either -still looking.
I’d stay away from these guys.
