I received a replica prada as a birthday gift from one of my associates from work. I know it’s a replica because inside of the pocket was a small slip if paper with a website on it. Now my question is, would you use it? I work in the fashion industry and I’m afraid someone will notice, however I don’t want to hurt the associate’s feelings by not using it. What would you do in my situation?
Its a good replica. It has the markings and labels, but the stitching is ever so slightly off
Hmmm The Super, that is a good question and observation, however, I work in the fashion industry and yes I can afford a real prada, and so do my collegues, but what I can’t afford is someone spotting it out. I haven’t seen this particular style before. I know it’s the thought that counts.

i think you should use it for like everyday use around the office but if you are in a fashion meeting or something like that don’t so you will not be caught in an awkward position with a fake

Well I would say definetly use it but it is a little different because you work in the fashion industy. I think you should use it anyways. If it is hard to tell I don’t think anyone would notice unless they look very closely.

What does it matter? Just be gracious and use it. At least someone thought enough to give you a gift! People who would judge you just because of your purse aren’t quality people.

I don’t know…i feel a bit odd when I have a knock off. I dont mind buying generic at all, but when im trying to pull of something that it’s not..it doesnt make me feel that hot. LoL
I suggest selling it on ebay or to a friend

i would use it from time to time i switch out purses alot just make sure they see it when you do use it.

if i were you i will never use it and worst if you are in fashion industry i think you should support and respect the copy rights of the original artist.
regardless how close the replica looks compared to the original it is still a replica and most of the time people are able to tell whether it is authentic, right?
for me i would rather carry something that’s may worth only 5 bucks without any brand then to carry a replica.
btw, give your business associate the benefit of doubts bring it to the boutique to verify if it’s confirm that is a replica, pls don’t use it to damage your own image.

Hard to say without seeing it…there ARE replicas that are so good that sometimes the designer can’t even tell the difference, although those aren’t very common. You could always rent the real thing from http://www.handbagborrowers.com !
