I’ve always seen drawings of Hermes with a golden helmet. Not sure if that’s 100% accurate or not, just what comes to my mind. Hope that helps.

Gold. Since Hermes has been known to also be “The Messenger” in Greek Mythology, in most mythological art, he has wings at the side of his golden helmet.
Your best bet on what to draw is a golden helmet with white wings.
