e-commerce, online shopping and online e-services will spread in future, gradually at the ratio it spreading now. No doubt! Banking, financial institutes services will go paperless mostly. People will become much more busy and will find it easier to browse and find things much easier at a online shop instead of wasting whole day at shopping centre. Hacking, spamming, exploiting, cybercrime etc. will increase as a threat to the e-business BUT at the same time new techniques will be introduced to face them. Barclays bank’s online users know one of them, you DONT need to supply a password to access your online account! Futuristic!
