Question: Should I go with the Chanel or Hermes help help?
Okay so I need a new purse, and I cannot decide between Chanel or Hermes. These are both high quality bags and I want to know which one you think is better. I don’t have a limit because my parents are paying so I don’t care about price. Keep in mind that I am an avid bag collector and I have about 200 different bags (maybe more) so I want something that’s different from what I already have. I don’t know I was thinking about a cute little clutch. What do you guys think? Please help

The answer in the following:

Answer by Benny the Jet
Chanel for sure.

Answer by kαt
Chanel.

Answer by Camille Grammer
Honey, don’t pretending like you even have enough money to even breath the air of items from places like Hermes.

Answer by CoutureAdvisor
I wouldn’t consider Chanel or Hermes for a clutch that’s not what their collections are known for, but you should know that if you have 200 bags of couture status; you would no doubt want a Judith Leiber clutch for your collection.

Answer by Liu
People still think the chanel is better, I know a web site inside the chanel is very good, you can go to consult. http://www.cheapchanelreplica.com

What do you think? Answer below

Q&A: Why does Zeus send Hermes to order Calypso to free Odysseus?
A. Because Zeus symphathised with Odysseus.
B. Because Zeus hated Calypso.
C. Because Athena asked him to.
D. Because Calypso angered Zeus when she offered immortality to Odysseus.

The following is the answer:

Answer by Jessakinn
i’ve heard a few versions say that Zeus finally felt sympathy for Odysseus

Answer by Golden Rose
Athena was looking out for Odysseus and ask Zeus…
C. Because Athena asked him to.

Answer by Breanna T
C. Because Athena asked him to.

Answer by Brian J
C. Because Athena asked him to.

Athena and Odysseus were very close. In the Iliad, it describes Her as never leaving his side. Early in the Odyssey, Athena approaches Zeus and asks Him to not forget about Odysseus who still wants to go home but is trapped by Calypso on Her island.

Answer by I’m not your Granny
You already know the answer but I need 2 points…

Now that they are in the mix for prelim. status? I think so, you?
Still, would rather see Mr.Fight of the Night and Hermes than Efrain get his next shot to make a statement.

The following is the answer:

Answer by Notsoquickeh
Tyson Griffin is BORING. He dominates but does not defeat his opponents. Hermes Franca is a warrior but has stumbled a bit in the UFC.

Edit ) A day later and you got your wish, they are back on the main card lets just hope our boy Hermes lays Tyson out!

Answer by smokey
the problem is the roster. there are only so many events per month and to many fighters. which is a good reason to get a t.v deal, putting on more events leaves space for more fighters to stay in the limelight. right now you have to be winning to stay in the main show. hopefully, wec will merge with ufc and they will get a t.v deal with a major main network. then we will see allot more mma ,. allot more often and with allot of fighters the average fan may not be aware of.
and yes i’m aware zuffa owns wec, but they realy dont need 2 155 lb classes, and 135 and 145 should just be in ufc.

Q&A: What should I purchase? Hermes Birkin, or a car for my daughter?
Im intrested in buying this blue alligator Hermes Birkin, It costs 34,000.00, but my daughter is turning 16 and wants a Mercedes C Class, which is 33,990. But I only have 45,000 to spend this month, and I do not want to get her a car because she does not do good in school, but my husband keeps insisting me to purchase her car!
What should I do!
Thanks so much for helping me!
XOXO
The beautiful, Julie Valdmore

The following is the answer:

Answer by Mitch Arturo
She doesn’t need a really expensive car. Simply get her a car worth $ 10,000 or less and use your remianing $ 35,000 to get your alligator Hermes Birkin.

Answer by MoonPie
lol..nice…get both. you only live once. haha. just ask for more money from your husband

Answer by Rosa
Purchase the car! As amazing as a Birkin sounds, your Birkin can’t take your daughter places. Even better, get her a cheaper car and then use the rest of the money to buy the Birkin you want!
Then you can have both. If you get the alligator Birkin, get on the waiting list quick!

Answer by Guadalupe Valenzuela
Girl, you need to set your priorities straight. Who cares about their daughter? Make her earn her own car by getting a job. You need to buy that Birkin now before I do. You know the wait list is 2 years for that bag? Hope I could help you, girl…
Guad V.

Answer by Franchi
I would buy the car because it is going to show your daughter more responsibility and then your also giving her a little more of Independence so that she doesn’t have to re lie on you or her Father for everything n that means you don’t have to drive her around everywhere

Q&A: Discuss the reasons why Praxiteles’ statue of Hermes with Infant Dionysus would be considered a piece of the H?

High Classical period

The following is the answer:

Answer by RObert
piece of the H

Answer by Olive Sorceress
Technically, it is a Roman marble copy of what is a now-lost (probably) marble original that was hand colored.

The copy does have the contrapposto stance where the figure shifts its weight to one leg creating an S-curve to the body. The body is idealized. The figure is integrated with its support and interacts with the baby Dionysus.

What isn’t Greek Classical about it is the drilled hair and uncolored appearance of the marble. The Greeks would have had artists apply colored waxes for the clothes and hair and colored stones for eyes.

Question: What area was the greek god hermes in charge of?
PLEASE HELLLLPPP ME!

The following is the answer:

Answer by ~BrandiWine~
Hermes was the messenger god i believe

Answer by StrawPup
Messenger God…

Answer by Jan Luv
google greek god hermes

Answer by Shadow
Hermes was god of herds, trade and ethics. He was also the god of animal husbandry, roads, travel, hospitality, heralds, diplomacy, trade, thievery, language, writing, persuasion, cunning wiles, athletic contests, gymnasiums, astronomy, and astrology (busy guy!)

He was also personal aide to Zeus and the herald to the gods and is often pictured as delivering messages. He carried the heralds wand and had winged boots that gave him speed to deliver messages.

Answer by xheartzxchrryx
Hermes was the god of thieves, travel, mischief, trickery
He was also the messenger of the gods. He also led people to the underworld after they died.

Answer by Chrystal
Well his main job was to be the messenger to all the gods but he did other stuff too.

Answer by #1 Death Eater
THIEF

and he was the messenger

and god of travelers

Answer by iamcountchocula
Like other’s have said he acted as a messenger of the Gods but he was also the parton of boundaries and of the travelers who cross them, of shepherds and cowherds, of thieves and road travelers, of orators and wit, of literature and poets, of athletics, of weights and measures, of invention, of general commerce, and of the cunning of thieves and liars.
He was also a guide to the Underworld

Answer by Alix
Oh boy that’s a complicated one. he was in charge of a lot of things but briefly…(Deep breath):

He was the Herald of the Gods, responsible for carrying their messages to mankind and each other.

He was the god of travellers, thieves, stealth, tricks, boundaries and the crossing of boundaries, trade and merchants, adolescent youths (male), herdsmen, shepherds and goatherds, luck, heralds, and he was also the inventor of the lyre, and a patron of male sexual potency.

He was also a psycopomp, which means he was responsible for carrying/leading souls to the Underworld. Specifically, he led them to the river Styx, where they had to pay Charon the boatman to be ferried across into Hades. As such, he was one of the VERY few gods who could enter the realm of the dead- most of the Olympian gods could not enter Hades

He was also a patron of so called herme statues. these were pillars with a bearded head carved at the top and an erect penis and testicles carved half-way down, used as boundary stones on the edges of a person’s property. To ensure good luck, you touched the stone genitalia upon passing over the boundary into or out of the property.

I think that’s pretty much everything.

Answer by Hadeel
He is the god of merchants, traveler, thieves etc.
He is also the god that travels and sends messages for the gods.

Q&A: Can a straight man, carry a Hermes Birkin bag?
My uncle who is apperantly straight carries a Hermes Birkin bag with him as his briefcase, is this possible? I know for a fact that he is straight becasue he is with my aunt and they have my little cousins together. My uncle works, lives, and breathes L.A, not to mention, he works for GQ. I am curious, please help!! He lives in the heart of L.A, so can this be his eclectic L.A style? Thanks!!

The answer in the following:

Answer by Apple Blossom
I don’t see this as a problem. Any person can carry a Hermes Birkin bag if they’re physically capable of it. It doesn’t make them straight, gay or anything. It’s just a bag.

Answer by !CeeCee!
its a clutch not a briefcase

Answer by spabkis
Clutches are not many.

Get a messenger bag.

Answer by david
I think certain colors of the clutch are definitely masculine looking, but in the end it’s not masculine so I’d suggest going for something bigger in size. I’ve never seen anything masculine that could hold a cellphone and still be a clutch… If you can afford Hermes then I’d suggest LV, they make great agendas and document folders that are always classic in style. I can’t find it right now, but they had a great portfolio.

Question: What do you know about Hermes, the Greek God?
I’m interested in this God a little bit. I remember in the Odyssey he had winged sandals. He is also a messenger God. There is just something regal about the Greek Gods. I imagine this one as being zippy and carefree.

The answer in the following:

Answer by Kevin Smith
Greek mythology is indeed creative and fascinating.

Answer by Bolide
HIs handbags are fantastic but his scarves are over-rated.

Answer by Happy Gramps
First of all, he was a “god” ( small case “g” ) not to be confused with our creator God ( upper case “G” ) and was one of the many false idols that people used for worship in those times, which is part of the reason for their downfall

Answer by Paul
Yup he was the messenger of the Gods the Romans called him Mercury and astronomers named the first planet in the solar system after him because it zips around the sun once every 88 days.

Answer by Immeinen
I met him in God of war 3, messy.

Answer by tell the truth on Net
Hermes is son of god

Answer by Leonard
Hermes was the god of travelers, merchants and thieves. When he was just a boy, he stole a herd of cows consecrated to Apollo, but he managed to evade punishment because he had made the very first lyre and it pleased the musical god.

He was the messenger of the gods, of course. He carried a winged helmet (or hat) and wore winged sandals which allowed him to fly. He also bore a staff adorned with snakes, the caduceus.

He was also the psychopompous, who would guide the spirits of the dead to the Underworld.

***

“he was a “god” ( small case “g” ) not to be confused with our creator God ( upper case “G” ) and was one of the many false idols that people used for worship in those times, which is part of the reason for their downfall”

Your idol is God, but their God is an idol, eh? Pathetic.
