Hi,I did the following:

Question: Do you need a premit to have a yard sale?
Im moving after the summer I would like to sell everything in my house do i need a permit to sell my stuff in front of my house will i get in trouble if I post a sign on my gate saying “Yard Sale every hot Day”

In almost every jurisdiction the answer is no.

Those types of sales are limited to “temporary sales” and are limited to 3 days or less in most places.

If you live in a nice subdivision you should check your deed restrictions. Some of those places limit sales to a certain weekend of the year.

Depends on where you live, dontcha think? Check the laws of your city and/or development. Some condo complexes and the like might prohibit this.

The majority of the time, you don’t need a permit. Even in towns that you do need a permit, most police won’t stop you or fine you. Call your local courthouse, they’ll give you the exact answer you need. All towns have a permit office.

I hope the permit doesn’t offset the profits of your yard sale.

If you’re selling from a private residence, you probably don’t .
If you live in a complex , you’de better check with them beforehand.

Although I’ve never heard of anyone getting cited, some townships do require a permit for a yard sale. Again, never heard of anyone being cited, so you’d probably be okay. Funny enough, our township actually requires a “moving permit” to be obtained when you move! And if that wasn’t ridiculous enough, the township has a bicycle permit that you are supposed to purchase every year – it’s only a $ 1 but it’s absolutely ridiculous!

It depends on your community. Most allow you to have Two yard sales per year. If you have one more than that then you are consider a street vendor and then you will need a permit. If its just the one time thing..You are fine!

The Greek god Hermes received the mission to save Zeus’ lover, Io, who has been transformed into a cow. Hera wanted to have that cow and ordered Argus, the hundred-eyed giant, to… keep an eye on her But Hermes played a beautiful music, which made Argus fall asleep, then he killed him.

He also had the mission of leading the three goddesses, Hera, Athena and Aphrodite, to mount Ida, where the shepherd Paris would decide which one was the most beautiful.

Greek god Hermes was the one that took care of baby Dyonisus and took him to king Athamas, who was to bring him up.

Being a messenger, Hermes the god was very active: he persuaded Calypso anc Circe to leave Ulysses alone, during his trip back home, and he gave the ram with the golden fleece to Nephele, to help her save her children.

Question: If I buy using a Texas Tax ID, and then sell it out of state via internet, do I need to collect a sales tax?
Example:
I am buying a computer part from a wholesale vendor, without paying taxes because I am using a Texas sales tax certificate. I am going to sell this part to someone in California via an internet webpage. Would I collect a tax from the customer on this sale?

If not, then the whole transaction was never taxed. I was not taxed from the wholesale and I’m not collecting tax on the resale. Is this the way it is supposed to work?

If you were to collect sales tax, you would collect Californai sales tax and remit it to the state of California. You are not required to do this, however. The recipient is liable for the taxes and should be paying them to their state.

I live in a rural area and really need new running shoes like yesterday. So i was going order some over the internet. I usually wear Adidas or saucony for the wide toe box, but since i had kids and weight 15 lbs. heavier, my feet have spread and gone up a size. I have always had high arches and can’t wear most basic brands of shoe for that reason. Just looking for recommendations. Thanks.

i naturally have pretty wide feet with normal arches and as i was growing up my mom always bought me new balance shoes because they run really wide.
now i run cross country and the asics shoes my mom bought me are the best shoes i have ever ran in, they are wide but not too wide. they are called gel cumulus 10 i went to a store called running wild and they helped me find them, they run about a 1/2 smaller than what you would normally get. i got a 7 and 1/2 when i normally wear a 7.

I just got a pair of New Balance and had to go a full size larger. I make the time to take the trek (a two hour trek) to the shoe store 2x a year to get fitted and when I have the perfect shoe, I order the second pair off the web. It’s luck of the draw when buying online.

You have to register your site with your Internet Hosting company ( The Company that owns the server your website resides on) also if you do not have a web address you will have to register that too unless it is already owned by a web broker ( go daddy.com for example)in which case you will have to cut a deal with the broker.
